question on using paints

Does anyone know if one can use acrylic paints with the watercolour technique as well as watercolours for this course?

You can always use acrylic paints instead of watercolours by watering them down a lot, but if you experiment you will notice a difference in the quality of colour that emerges. Have a go and see if it achieves the colour density that you need.
